Wall of love for Pain Academy

After living as a tortured, anti-social hermit due to chronic pain, I initially avoided the program's group calls because discussing my suffering with others seemed horrifying. When I finally joined after three months, the experience was completely life-changing in ways I never expected. My biggest advice to new members is to attend group calls immediately and ask your personal questions right away—don't wait like I did.

A car accident that damaged my hips and spine, along with poor movement patterns, and 4 pregnancies left me seeking help from doctors and specialists. I was basically told physical therapy would be useless in my case and prescription meds, injections and surgery were my only options. I tried for years to "fix" my issues, to the tune of $10,000+. I found Pain Academy through their free 4 day hip challenge. I knew that this is what I needed! I joined their movement program almost 3 months ago and I cannot believe how much better I feel. My hips, back and feet don't hurt anymore, I'm getting stronger every day, I can walk without pain and my pelvic floor dysfunction/pain disappearing was the icing on the cake. This program is very easy to follow along with, Vinny's encouragement, instruction and queues throughout the videos are very helpful, the movements are challenging without being complicated, and if something begins hurting, I have learned the tools to resolve my issues. I truly cannot recommend Pain Academy enough!!!

I'm on week three of the movement program and noticed the hip rotation has been hard for me which makes sense because I've been stuck in a left AlC pattern for 5 years after a disc herniation. I've noticed major changes though and have stuck through and usually the symptoms subside by the end of each week. 👌 Things reseting is going to bring up some resistance to the old patterns. Just gotta keep moving through it. Thanks so much for making this program. I've had more results in 3 weeks than years of in person PT.

Pain Academy has put the joy back in hiking. My quality of life has definitely improved since joining the Pain Academy. I also love Vinny's voice. It feels so good to not think about moving.

I'm seeking a solution for a pelvic alignment issue, where my right side is turned in compare to the left side, it's linked to an old injury from Air Force recruit training. Despite trying various treatments including physiotherapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, massage, dry needling, Pilates, and personal training, i'm still experiencing significant pain. I'm motivated to find a lasting solution to the pain.
