PainAcademy.com restored my back function after a year when nothing else worked. Quite simply, it gave me my life back.  I'm a  75 year old 5th degree karate black belt and retired brain research scientist with a long history of lumbar stenosis. I had 7-years pain free after an L4-5 laminectomy, but then injured my back again and was in pain when standing more than a few minutes for over a year. I had to wear a brace constantly, put a chair by the sink to do dishes, use a wheelchair at the airport, and could not stand in lines,  kick higher than my waist or touch my toes.
